About your new role

  1. Provide mobile services to a range of clients, from babies through to the more mature, with acute and chronic health conditions, such as neurological conditions, ABI, ASD, chronic pain, cerebral palsy, genetic and chromosomal disorders, strength, and mobility concerns, and many more, in their own environment, including their homes, schools, parks and pools
  2. Assess client needs and design appropriate client centred evidence-based treatment plans to help them work towards their goals
  3. Advocate on behalf of your client with key stakeholders and government bodies
  4. Help your client with mobility, pain management, exercise prescription, equipment prescription and assistive technology
  5. Liaise with support coordinators, local area coordinators and equipment providers
  6. Collaborate with your multidisciplinary team

About you

  1. Have a passion for helping people living with a disability to thrive
  2. Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
  3. Hold full AHRPA registration
  4. Experience working as a Physiotherapist in the private or public sector
  5. Strong communication skills in order develop positive relationships with clients and colleagues
  6. A commitment and dedication to clinical research and continuous development
  7. Hold a valid drivers license
